Finnegans Fish Bars

Award-winning Finnegan's Fish Bars in Wales are a group of up-market fish and chip shops, owned by Huw and Sarah Jones.  In 2010, the Porthcawl operation came 2^nd in the National Fish & Chip Awards organised by Seafish, the authority on seafood.  Finnegan's now sell on average 3 times more fish than its rivals.

The company had a number of challenges to overcome, including trying to reduce the numbers of errors from hand written orders, which was slowing up customers service and had the potential to lose customers altogether. Also the chain needed to remotely manage all its outlets from a single point via the owners iphone. pointOne resolved all these issues and the impact on the new technology was an immediate success.

Back in 2002 Jon Simon & Tristan Hogg teamed up to start a pie business.
