    Nestled in a basement in Mayfair, London, Tamarind has built an enviable reputation for high quality food, superlative service, and an excellent choice of wines. Described by Time Out as 'dignified and luxurious' the restaurant attracts the more discerning diner for it lunch and dinner menus.

    The restaurant wanted to develop its lunch-time business by introducing an integrated loyalty scheme that would incentivise and reward returning customers.

    The Crown at Whitebrook is a Michelin star restaurant with rooms. With celebrated Welsh Chef James Sommerin, the restaurant boasts a modern British menu with classical French disciplines, and its philosophy is a 'Total Dining Experience'.

    Slow manual business processes and limited access to real time information was hampering the restaurant's growth

    La Porchetta Pizzerias are family run restaurant business and serve authentic freshly prepared Pizzas, made in the traditional Italian style.The five restaurants are located in Clerkenwell, Camden, Islington, Holborn and Finsbury Park.

    La Porchetta were keen to improve their ability to serve more customers more often, and reduce the errors caused by hand written orders. The restaurant selected pointOne as it was easy to use, yet had a wealth of spohisticated features, such as stock control and remote access.

    Waiting staff now key food orders into a pointOne EPoS terminal which are then automatically sent through to the kitchen for processing. Once the customer has finished their meal, all food items and drinks are allocated to their bill and printed.  There is also a facility to split bills, which is a useful feature for large parties.
