Our Wireless Handheld PoS solution, pointOne Mobile, links seamlessly with our pointOne EPoS system. There are many benefits to using handhelds and they offer a good alternative to a network of EPoS terminals if space is of an issue, or as an add on to increase service levels and customer throughput in busy areas.
All common EPoS functions are provided such as order-taking and managing tables, without ever needing to visit the bar or kitchen. This leaves more time to concentrate on the service to your customers.
How it works
pointOne mobile works in a wireless environment by use of wireless access points situated in key locations within your establishment.
These are then linked via a network to an EPoS terminal so that orders taken on the handheld are both visible and accessible from the EPoS system itself.
